A ground floor opened into one kitchen, dining and living space, with a fitted Howdens kitchen, continuous LVT flooring and bespoke storage built beneath the stairs.

A whole floor brought together

More space to cook, dine and live.

Internal walls and the former ground-floor WC were removed to create a connected kitchen, dining and living room. The new Howdens kitchen was carefully fitted with tall cabinetry, oak-effect worktops, open shelving and practical task lighting. Herringbone LVT flooring continues throughout the enlarged space, visually tying each area together. Beneath the stairs, bespoke storage makes full use of the awkward footprint with push-to-open, soft-close drawers and an integrated veneered-oak bookcase at the end. The new storage was completed ready for the customer to decorate.
